Access logs
For security, troubleshooting and traffic measurement, the server records request time, path, IP address, browser identifier, referrer and response status. Raw nginx logs rotate daily, are currently retained for 14 rotations and are protected by server permissions.
The password-protected internal dashboard classifies likely human traffic, bots and popular paths. It is not public. Before data is written to the persistent statistics file, IP addresses are converted into irreversible short hashes; the dashboard no longer stores or displays raw IP addresses.
Anonymous usage events
The site records actions such as entering Trade, viewing an original product image, expanding a product, clicking WhatsApp or email, and completing a merchant submission as anonymous path events. Events contain the action, page and a non-personal product identifier. They do not contain chat messages, email bodies or entered phone numbers.
Browser local storage
Language selection and role-Q&A history may use browser local storage. Local role history remains on the visitor's device and can be cleared on the page. When a question is submitted, its text is sent to AMSU's service to generate an answer.
Merchant submissions
Trade applications may include company name, contact person, email, product information, quotation type, evidence links and uploaded images. These are used for human review, contact and approved publication. Unreviewed submissions are not published automatically and never enter opportunity prediction.
Third-party links and advertising
The site links to WhatsApp, GitHub and original data sources. After a visitor follows an external link, the relevant third party processes data under its own policy.
AMSU does not currently run Google AdSense code.
If advertising is enabled later, this notice will first be updated with advertising-cookie, personalized-ad and consent-management information, together with applicable user choices.
Access, correction and deletion
To request access to, correction of or deletion of merchant information you submitted, email admin@amsu.cloud and include the submission ID or enough information to identify the record.
